I wear many hats these days: I am a husband to an amazing woman and father to three beautiful children. I am a teacher at Green Meadow Waldorf School, teaching crafts to grades 5-12. I am a potter, woodworker and maker. In all the realms of my life, service, sacrifice and love are at the center. My first instinct has always been to help others and to put other peoples needs before me. Throwing pots allows me the time to be with myself in quiet, to focus and recenter myself. I throw, trim and glaze all the pots myself; working in small batch sessions. Since graduating from the School for American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2012, I have been living with the dream of starting a pottery business that showcases a body of work that is “mine.” I’m this past year (2025), I have put my efforts and energies towards that goal. I am so excited and proud to begin taking the ideas from the last decade and creating them for others to hopefully enjoy as well.
