Since graduating from the School for American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2012, I have been dreaming of starting a pottery business that showcases a body of work that is “mine.” In this past year (2025), I have put my efforts towards that goal. I throw, trim and glaze all the pots myself, working in small batch sessions. Throwing pots allows me the time to be with myself in quiet, to focus and to recenter.
I wear many hats these days: I am a husband to an amazing woman, and father to three beautiful children. I teach Applied Arts, including weaving and woodworking as well as ceramics, at Green Meadow Waldorf School. In all realms of my life, service, sacrifice and love are at the center. I am so excited and proud to begin taking ideas from the last decade, and to give them form for others to hopefully enjoy as well.
